It is interesting to know that at Jike, which is predominantly a farming area, there are studios and small galleries for wooden furniture, porcelain and paintings amongst other items of art. Each year an art event, which is dubbed the “Jike Art & Craft Corridor”, is held.  

I would like to explain more about this event by citing the 7th Jike Art & Craft Corridor, which took place from October 9 to 14, 2013. Altogether 15 studios and galleries participated in the event by displaying and selling their works at each of their venues, as well as by offering workshops where available.
