This is one of the four incineration plants for garbages in Yokohama (a population of 3.7 million). Did you know that the ash accumulated after incineration is subsequently dumped at a landfill in southern Yokohama?
Shogakuji, a Buddhist temple, in the Center Minami (south) area, northern Yokohama on February 5,2020.
The temple is known for beautiful flowers year round, especially colorful hydrangeas and irises in June to July.

Our evacuation center is located in our local primary school. In the event of water supply disruption caused by a severe earthquake, an underground tank holding 60 cubic meters of water will be used. The photo shows how to
